About the association
We bring cardiologists and oncologists together so that modern cancer treatment is as effective, and as safe for the heart, as possible.
The Eurasian Cardio-Oncology Association is an international, multidisciplinary professional community founded on 1 May 2025 in Tashkent by leading specialists from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
The association unites cardiologists, oncologists, haematologists, imaging specialists, clinical pharmacologists, researchers and healthcare leaders. Our purpose is to advance cardio-oncology across Eurasia and to establish shared approaches to risk assessment, prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of the cardiovascular complications of anticancer therapy.
We create a space for research collaboration, professional education and the exchange of clinical experience, support early-career specialists and help build dedicated cardio-oncology services. At the centre of our work is the patient, who needs effective cancer treatment and reliable protection of the cardiovascular system at the same time.
